Trustee Company

In October 2010, FHTML (now known as FFML)  received notification from Guardian Trustees Limited (GTL) of their intentions to resign as the Trustees of FHUT.

FFML has engaged FHL Trustees Limited (hereafter Referred to as ‘the Trustee ‘or ‘FTL’) as the new Trustees of FHUT. The shareholders and directors of the Company are Ms. Fay Yee, Mr. Emitai Boladuadua and Mr. Nesbitt Hazelman. The Minister for Finance and RBF has granted approval to FHUT for the change of Trustees from GTL to FTL on 23 April 2012.

The Trustees’ main responsibility is to exercise due care and diligence in protecting the rights and interests of all unit holders and holding the assets of the unit trust on behalf of the unit holders. The Trustee carries out its fiduciary obligations by abiding with the requirements of the Trust Deed. The Trustee has assisted in the review of this prospectus to ensure that its contents are consistent with the provisions of the Trust Deed.
