FHL Fund Management Limited Resignation and Appointment of Board Members
27th September 2023, Suva, Fiji – FHL Fund Management Limited (FHL FML) today announces the resignation of FHL FML Board Chairperson Mr. Nesbitt Hazelman, Director Mr. Abilash Ram and Director Ms. Eseta Nadakuitavuki.
The Shareholder (Fijian Holdings Ltd), FHL Trustees Ltd Board, FHL FML Board and FHL FML Management, sincerely acknowledges Mr. Hazelman, Mr. Ram and Mrs. Nadakuitavuki’s contribution to the Board and wishes to thank them for their immense contribution to FHL Fund Management Limited.
The Shareholders of FHL FML has appointed Mr. Cama Raimuria as Chairperson, Ms. Anaisi Mataitoga as Board Director and Mr. Josua Rayawa Guivalu Satavu as Board Directors of FHL Fund Management Limited.
Mr. Cama Raimuria is a highly accomplished, result driven dynamic and innovative, senior business management executives with more than 20+ years of progressive experience in design and implementation of corporate strategy in areas of finance, business operation, sales, and management. Mr.Raimuria has held various Executive positions in Strategy, Finance and Administration in the Service, Manufacturing, Hospitability and ICT industry in Fiji and the Pacific. He is currently the Associate Director Strategy, Operation & Culture of Oxfam in the Pacific – an international NGO based in Suva, Fiji.
Ms. Anaisi Mataitoga is a Retired Human Resource Manager of (15years) experience at Yasana Holdings Limited & PSC Credit Union Travel and Foreign Exchange. She has been with Championed Climate Change Adaptations & Mitigations for past 10years as Managing Director and Coordinator on PILOT Green Energy Related Programs at Gender Climate Change Alliance Fiji Ltd. In her capacity as Climate Change Consultant; she was awarded the first INDEPENDENT REVIEW – TENDER by UNDP SGP on the first Adaptation Funded Projects in Fiji & Rotuma. Currently Holding Executive Positions in various Women Organizations.
Mr. Josua Satavu is currently FHL’s Group Manager Investment and joins the FHL Group from Fiji National Provident Fund where he was mostly involved managing the Equities portfolio in Investment. In the space of business acceleration and impact investment, Josua had worked as Business Advisor with
Market Development Facility with specialized areas in integrating ESG initiatives, developing and implementing results chains into targeted impact investments. He is no stranger to the FHL Group, having started his career with FHL as a Graduate Trainee and later became a Broker / Dealer with FHL Stockbrokers.
